When i hit 17 i turned too drugs and spent 3 years just staying home smoking and having no sex drive at all ( i masterbated pretty much everday) this just made my anxiety worse. About 1 month ago I met this girl an she came back to my place. We both got naked and i wasn't able to get a proper erection. I was so confused and did some research an found out that chronic masterbation can not only give you social anxiety but it can also cause erectional dysfunctional problems. I have now stopped masterbating for 2 weeks and all i want too do is go out and talk too girls. And also meet up with my friends more. I know i have a long time before my brain rewires itself back to normal but seeing progress has made me so happy. For anyone out there who has masterbated too porn for a long time. STOPP!!!!!!! it is doing you no good mentally, physically and emotionally. Who knew porn and masterbation could be so bad for us hey? I have read that it will take 30 - 90 days depending on many factors including your age , when you started , how long you have been doing it for. I have masterbated since 12 . I am 20 years old now.

Im 18 now and im trying to stop this addiction because Ive lost 5 years of my life to anxiety and depression and its time I get back into control of my life.
