Hey there guys, just spent the day trying to make sure our pick up artist forum list is bang up to date.

I have added 4 forums to the PUA Forum list:

Arizona PUA Forum – This particular forum concentrates on PUA’s in Arizona funnily enough :-). Good place to share tips and advice as well as organising meet ups for “Sarging Events” as they call it.

The more you talk, the more they like you. This is how to get girls. Sound good? Let’s get down to it…

Our biggest issue with how to talk to a girl is the ‘running out of things to say’ syndrome(tm). You talk for a few minutes, then there is a lull, and you say, “Nice to meet you.” and go on your merry way. We’re gonna sort that in this article.

The second biggest thing guys struggle with when talking to girls is how to talk to women and be interesting, and not bore them. We’re gonna cover that too.

And the final, perhaps most crucial point we’ll cover is how to convey attractive qualities in your conversations. So the more you say, the greater their attraction to you becomes. This is what we want, and generally a good thing. :-)

How to never run out of things to say

This is much easier than you think. Have you ever played that word-association game when you were a kid? One person said something, and you took a word from the sentence they said, and said a new sentence based on it. Well, we can apply exactly the same thing to our conversations with women, I call this the conversational flow, and once you try it, you’ll realise that this simple technique enables you to talk for hours to women (or anyone for that matter).

Here’s an example:
You: I love this song.
Her: Yeah, I like Coldplay
You: That’s cool. I saw them play live last year in Manchester. They were amazing. You ever been to Manchester?
Her: No.
You: <talk about Manchester> …you should travel more often, it’s so much fun going on adventures. <talk about travelling>
…and so on.

As you can see, the basic idea is to take a subject from what was just said, and then talk about that for a while. We started off by talking about the song playing, then Coldplay, then live music, then Manchester, then travelling, and so on. From here you can go into talking about different countries, or different adventures, etc, etc. The possibilities are endless.

This is really similar to how a good comedian will transition between different stories and jokes in a stand up routine. Ever notice how natural the flow of a good comedian is, so much that you don’t even notice when they change subjects? That’s our aim here, a natural conversational flow that goes on, and on, and on… This flow is the secret of how to talk to girls.

How to be interesting

Now that you know how to talk to a woman for hours, let’s make sure that the woman you are speaking to wants to listen to you! It’s no good if you are just blabbering, as she is getting more and more bored by the second. What to say / What to talk about.

Here’s the key. The more emotionally impacful you can make what you talk about, the more engaging it will be.

Talk about how things made you feel. Express your emotions. This will cause her to experience a bit of the same emotional state as you are describing. This rollercoaster of emotions is what will make what you have to say really interesting.

It’s like the best films you can think of: They make you laugh, cry, angry, tense, scared, happy. It’s this rollercoaster of emotions that we humans find so compelling.

Notice next time you are bored by someone. I guarantee it is because they are talking about stuff without any emotional impact. Don’t be that guy.

If you talk to a random girl about travel, talk about the thrill, the excitement, the feeling of doing something for the first time, the adventure. If you are talking about a film, talk about how it was sooo sad, or made you laugh like crazy.

Focus on the emotions as much (or more than) the subject of your conversations, and you will always be interesting.

How to build attraction into conversations

The final piece to the conversational puzzle, is how to convey attractive qualities. This way, the more you talk about, the more the girl you are talking to will be attracted to you.

The big three when it comes to attraction are:
1. Leadership.
2. Protecting your loved ones.
3. Expressing your emotions.

These traits must be implied, not stated directly, or they will have little or no effect. Let her work out that you are a leader, a protector and express your emotions and you will be able to talk about just about anything.

Some examples.

To convey leadership, talk about how you organised a trip or even for your friends. Talk about how you are living towards your vision, your purpose in life. Talk about how you organise others to help you achieve your group’s goals and aspirations.

To convey that you are a protector, talk about a time when you did exacly that. Maybe it was your younger brother getting bullied in the playground and you stood up to them, or maybe you rescued your cat from a mean dog. Both convey that you protect the ones close to you.

Number 3 is pretty much covered by the emotional content of your conversations and stories, as explained above. But you can add extra impact if you talk about something that was really sad for you, like how you recently lost a grandparent, or when you were younger and your pet died and you said goodbye.

I’m sure you can think of things that have happened in your life to talk about, so you don’t have to make any of these stories up. In fact, I advise against it.

If they are real for you, you won’t have to ‘memorise’ them, you can just tell them as you recall them from your life. This is the best, most authentic and honest way to talk about these things.

So there you go, how to talk to girls for hours whilst being interesting and attractive at the same time. Now I’m not saying you’ll have magical powers and know how to talk a girl into the sack, but… Take these three keys of how to talk to beautiful women on board, and your abilities to talk to women will increase like mad, and your interactions will be more successful from now on.

First impressions when approaching a woman are the key to long-term attraction. If you have ever witnessed a bloke approaching a group of women, if you pay attention you will see the womens’ body language and facial expressions will tell you within the first few minutes what they think of him, on a sexual level. Attracted, or repulsed.

Once you master the skill of making an amazing first impression, which I am gonna go into here, you will get your interactions with women off to a flying start. Women will be attracted to you in less time than you thought possible, and will slot you into the ‘attractive’ pigeon hole right off the bat.

Get this crucial part of any interaction wrong however, and you will be slotted into the ‘interesting but unattractive friend’ category, or even worse the ‘creepy dude in the bar’ category, faster than you can say, “Inappropriate boob groping.”

So let’s get into how exactly you go about creating an amazing, attractive first impression.

Try doing all of the following within the first 120 seconds of approaching women:

• Make her laugh (with an observation about her).
• Make fun of her.
• Touch her.
• Challenge her.
• Display indifference.

The order isn’t really that important, just focus on the principles behind each item.

Make Her Laugh

If you can do this with your opening line, great. An example might be, if you are in a bar and a girl brushes past you, you could say (in your best fake Oriental stereotype accent), “Looky looky, but no touchy!” Something like this will get you in there, and get her laughing from the get-go. All good stuff.

Another example, if she doesn’t laugh at your ‘opener’, would be to make a humorous observation about her appearance, or something in particular she is wearing. If she is wearing boots that look like wellies you could say something like, “You look like you just came from working on the farm. What were you doing, mucking out the chickens?” Say this with a gleam in your eye so she knows you are kidding. This is the general idea.

Make Fun of Her

I love doing this, cos I’m a little bit sadistic. Any time she makes a mistake, or does *anything* (no matter how slight) that you could take the piss out of, get all over it like a cheap suit.

She stutters, you say something like, “Alright retard, miss you speech therapy class today?” She stumbles, or drops something, try something like, “Watch out, Godzilla on the rampage.” She can’t remember something, or gets some fact wrong, “Uh oh, senile dementia setting in already.”

The principle is that you should be taking the mick out of her, in a way that makes her laugh at herself cos what you say is so witty and funny.

Practice enough and you’ll get to the stage where you can think these up as they happen, real-time in reaction to things that the girls do in your interactions.

Touch Her

Simple. As soon as you can, touch her.

Be gesturing as you talk and brush her. Tap her on the upper arm subtly when she laughs at something.

This sets you apart as a man confident around women, and is very attractive.

Challenge Her

“I like women that are deep, and have a bit of personality, not just an air head.” This is an example of presenting her with a challenge. By saying what you like, she will usually try and convince you that she meets that criteria. It is human nature.

By doing this you communicate that you are picky, you have options, and you are selective, you have high standards. You demonstrate that you know what you want, and you will go after it in life. All incredibly attractive to women.

Display Indifference

The best way to react to most kinds of emotional response in her, is to be indifferent.

If she gets bitchy cos your funny line was a bit too insulting, don’t react. She has no effect on your emotions. This drives women crazy and propels sexual tension into the stratosphere.

I have had women 100% *pissed off* with me, and I literally turned my back on her to talk to her one other friend that was there. Guess what? 10 Minutes later me and that same girl were on the dancefloor together, and she was doing unrepeatable things right infront of my face. Massive sexual tension.

Or if she threatens to walk away, be like, “Go on then.” This will almost force her to stay put and try to deflate the massive sexual tension bubble you just created. Don’t let her do it. It is a battle of wills, of personalities.

Don’t back down, down’t apologise, don’t give in.

And above all else: don’t give a shit.

Do you know how to flirt? Flirting is an essential skill to have at your disposal when interacting with women. It creates tension, and this tension leads to attraction. If you can flirt with women then you can make them attracted to you.

Flirting techniques are a learnable skill. Attraction is an unconscious response. Think about this for a second: Did you choose to be attracted to the curvy athletic brunette at the bar, or did the attraction response happen in your body without any assistance from your mind?

Attraction is an Emotion.

This is an important distinction to make. Attraction cannot be ‘earned’ by the buying of gifts, or the doing of favours. These behaviours do not create emotional responses in women beyond, ‘that was nice’.

What we’re going after here is significantly stronger than mild enjoyment, and significantly cheaper to do.

Attraction is not logical. There is no thought-process involved in attraction. This confuses men and women, and leads to many of the common misconceptions both sexes have about what makes the other attracted to them.

The emotion of attraction comes first. Only once attraction has taken control of a woman’s body, does her logical mind start to kick in with thoughts like, ‘I like this guy because he has dark hair.’ and so on. The truth is, the emotion causes the logical reasons in her mind.

This is what psychology calls ‘backwards rationalisation’. It is the same mechanism that is at work when you make a major purchase.

You buy the new massive TV because it is awesome, and it makes you feel great, you desire it. After you have decided to buy, your mind will kick in with reasons like, ‘It has excellent picture quality; the contrast ratio is great, etc.’

Really it was this emotion called ‘desire’ (or ‘attraction’) that compelled you to ultimately make the decision to purchase.

So by following this flirting guide, you are able to demonstrate that you are an attractive man to women. They will be attracted to you, and there will be nothing they can do about it.

This is powerful stuff, and under no circumstances must it be used to manipulate or decieve, or really bad shit will happen to you. I’ve seen it go down. You have been warned.

The Art of Flirting

Flirting is an artform, and there are several components.

When it comes down to it, the best flirting advice is really all about attitude. If you have the right attitude, and you get in the ‘zone’, then the right things to say just magically happen.

You don’t need lines, or scripts, or routines. You just play jazz.

And on the other hand, no amount of flirting tips (or dating advice for men in general) will compensate for not having the right attitude and beliefs in the first place.

The first thing to get down pat is your body language. By this I mean specifically:

• Make strong eye contact. Not 100% of the time, but enough to let her know that you are not afraid to show your dominance. This is attractive.
• Smile with your eyes. This is that subtle slight scrunching of the muscles around your eyes. This conveys playfulness, and that is what flirting is all about.
• Do the Cheeky Grin. This is where you do a subtle smile using only one side of your mouth.

Now, we need to establish the right beliefs to be successful when flirting.

The first, and probably most important belief to have is what is called the Abundancy Mentality.

There are millions, even hundreds of millions of women out there. This one in front of you right now, although beautiful and unique in her own way, is ultimately replaceable. If she walks off, there is another woman right around the corner to take her place.

She is not special to you by right. Being special to you is something that has to be earned. If you demonstrate this attitude, your attractiveness will skyrocket.

The abundancy mentailty leads directly on to not caring what your outcome is. It simply pales into insignificance. All pressure is removed. You just don’t give a shit, and go balls out.

If she walks off, so what? If she laughs at you, does it really matter in the grand scheme of things? Of course not. Adopt this mentality, and your courage (a highly attractive trait) will be boosted immensley.

There is no such thing as failure, only feedback. This is a principle taken from NLP.

If you stay as impartial to the interaction as possible, and analyse what happened from an emotional ‘distance’. Then you will have learned where perhaps you went wrong, so you can avoid repeating the same mistake in future.

Learn from your mistakes.

The Key Ingredient To Flirting

Now that your inner-game is up to speed, let’s look at a concept that is at the very core of tips on flirting. Frames.

Frames are the context of an interaction. If you go to a car dealership, and a salesman approaches you, the frame of the interaction is that the dealer is going to attempt to sell you a car.

Frames exist in every interaction between people. Most people don’t even know they exist, and just blindly grope their way through life. This is not going to be you.

Once you recognise that frames exist, the next step is to communicate in such a way that you set the frame. This is incredibly powerful, and is called ‘Reframing’.

Of all the dating tips that exist, this has the potential to be the most powerful for generating attraction. This is how to get girls.

Think for a moment about the standard frame would apply when a man approaches a woman in a bar. The frame is, the man is trying to pick up the woman. This frame gives all the power to the woman to say, ‘No’.

Furthermore, it is the same kind of thing she has to deal with every single day of her life. It is boring to her. And boredom kills attraction dead.

So the secret, is to take the bull by the horns and reframe the interaction yourself. In order for this to be most effective, for a number of reasons, the best strategy is to reframe your interaction so that your roles are reversed.

She becomes the one that is trying to win your affections and approval. This is the keystone of flirting.

Anything that women find unattractive that men do, apply it to her. Reframe her behaviour and what she says into one of the following frames:

• She is trying to chase you.
• She is a pervert.
• She is naive.
• She is pretty dumb.
• She is socially inept.
• She is trying to act cool, but really she is a bit strange.
• She is desperate.
• She doesn’t understand men.
• She is a badly behaved girl, and needs to be told off (like you are her daddy).

Misinterpret their language and behaviour in such a way that it reinforces these frames. Take it as far as you can. Build the tension like crazy. Don’t let up, or say, “Just kidding.” As this releases all the built up tension. Tension is how you get on a girl’s mind, and stay there.

Remain playful at all times.

Important note:- You need to be mean with your words, but loving with your attitude. This is all a game to you.

Different women will react differently to varying degrees of verbal sparring. If you take things too far, you run the risk of appearing to be an asshole. You don’t want to push it so far as that you properly offend her. This isn’t good for attraction.

She needs to be able to pick up, on some subtle level, that you are only playing with her. You do this mostly with the non-verbal cues I mentioned above, the cheeky grin, etc. She’ll know by the glint in your eye that this confrontation is only for play, and is not serious.

A good sign that you are on the right track is when she starts coming back at you with her own banter. This is great, the tension skyrockets. And it is great fun too.

Nothing beats a healthy bit of verbal sparring. Get out there and have a go yourself.
